Craniosacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, Myofascial Release and Therapeutic Massage are some of the techniques I use in an integrative, intuitive way. My hands lead me to areas of the body that need opening and expansion to release pain and improve mobility.

The use of water for healing is an ancient practice that is highly effective even in our modern times. Hydrotherapy safely and effectively supports healing of the immune, circulatory, lymphatic, and nervous systems making it an excellent therapeutic intervention for many health issues. The two forms that I primarily use in my practice are Constitutional Hydrotherapy and Contrast Immersion Baths.
